If they are no shows: Tom Morris and Daniel Walker.

I will make a random draw to see who replaces who on Thursday.

Giving Mike a bye and after discussion with Rory after Ali conceded to deal with a family issue the Round 3 draw is as follows:

Gareth Hamilton v Chris Pymm
Rory Bax v Tim Pickers
Andy Thompson v Andy Dodd
Mike Purvis v Ali Williams
Neil Bishop v Will Platten
Adam Gallon v Graham Ryder

Good Luck. And yes, they are in score order.

The draw is in score order:

Gareth 5653
Chris 4946
Rory 4945 (close eh?)
Tim 4569
Andy T 4524
Andy D 4279
Mike 4205
Ali 2949
Neil 2871
Will 2691
Adam 2638
Graham 2238

So everyone from Mike upwards has a chance, depending on how the game at the top goes!

So any one of 6 players could win. (Tim being out because not all his army is painted)
Andy Thompson remains a good bet. The list design king vs the Monster mash gives a good chance of 3000 points for Andy IMO. That would mean either Chris, Rory and me require a solid victory or better to stay ahead. Can rory beat Tims cheese? Will Chris and me fight to a Draw? So many possabilities it should be fun :P

Yea thanks, yee of little faith, I though that my list was going to get butchered when I faced Will's V.C because of the immune to Fear/Terror aspect, ok his magic was aweful and I rode my luck a bit but I got the win, what's stopping it happeneing again.

Also you forget that this tournament, you can CHANGE YOUR LIST and/or CHANGE ARMIES!!!!!, yes ok this does mean I have 2 Weeks to paint up

8 Thunderers
20 Warriors with Handweapon and shields
6 Organ Gun Crew (The Organ Guns are done)
1 "Fighting" Thane
1 Battle Standard Bearer Thane and a
Runelord with Anvil 'O' Doom
to avoid losing out on the painting score, but I think I have a chance, my gameplay and tactics in tournament play have been improving in leaps and bounds, you said so yourself Gareth had some things gone slightly different in our game I could have come away with the win.

BE WARNED, I'm now definatly not here to make up numbers!!!!

Doddy :D

Round 3 is the 9th October. (Check the Musician)

That gives you 4 days to paint up said models.

Good Luck.

Yes I got the luck where it mattered. That was the difference between us I think. HOWEVER your monster mash army is vulnerable to army tailoring and no one does army tailoring quite as well as Mr Thompson (although I can on occasion give him a run for his money :P )
You could change your army but then you still have to beat Mr Thompson with an unfamiliar army. Sorry but I have to put my Money on Mr T in your match up. I think Tim will have the better of Rory and Michael has a tough draw against Ali's Demons which means my Pundits prediction is Andy Chris or Me for the No1 spot.

Now just proove me wrong and thrash the socks of him
