Good evening!

Pleased to see your Dinosaurs were happily running rampant so beautifully on Thursday evening  .... If you were serious about a game of Axis and Allies War at Sea at some point, it'd be no trouble at all in showing you how it works. It's fairly simple once you know how each model moves and attacks (pretty much like 40K!), but it's the additional bits (planes, subs etc) that make the tactics and game play well. Shouldn't take more than an hour and a half if you can spare it one Thursday night though...And....

...it may also help me out!

As Heroclix appears to have died a death, I have begun to return to looking at playing Warhammer and 40K in additional to Blood Bowl (which I've always played anyhow!). I've already built up about 2000points of Marines that I'm painting now, with the real intention of amassing my chosen army - the Necrons - next year when they are re-released. I've already spoken to Chris and Will regarding a game or two to bring me up to speed with the newer rules since I last played, and was hoping you might do the same once my Empire army is ready to roll in a few months time?

It'll be a while, as I've still got to put most together, but at least by posting this I have a time-frame to aim at being ready for before I start to feel bad!!!

It'll be a pleasure, and yes I would quite like to see how your battleships game worked, it looked fun.
