very nice, but it's not gameplay footage is it, and that's what annoys me about Game advertising we'll show you this awesome piece of graphical WOW but you can't actually do it.

Misrepresenting the game/product surly is against the law

not really! the video is suppose to grasp your imagination and make you want to play the game it's the shiny wrapper on your chocolate bar! it's plain marketing! and it's not all about the graphics the game play is the important thing remember theme park? graphics not great but game play was! sensible soccer! sim city countless games with a great lifespan, but little graphics, then there has been games with great graphics but poor game play FIFA 05 is a good example, great visual but sluggish and poor gameplay.

in a nutshell the video is to grab your attention and to get you talking! just about every game does it and it has worked for years and it's not a misrepresentation as it's showing the video that is in the game I.E in most circumstances the intro, and it's one thing that i enjoy about games, especially the Final Fantasy series i only played FFX because of the video's and the story, i find the game play of those types frustrating and boring, and was supprised when i played the game to the finish.

in their forum, the people outside of the Beta test are completely frustrated due to the lack of feedback from the developers or the Beta testers. There are a few game shots in their websight, but nothing fantastic.
