Real Name: Dan N.
Games Played: I'm starting to play 40K at the club but I have played and GMed D&D 3.5 with home groups and I'm wanting to try out Savage Worlds. I've only been into 40K for a couple of years and only just recently put together my first 1500pt army of Orkses.
How I like to play: I like a semi-competative game. I'm only just starting to get my first few games in and I often don't know what to expect from my enemies so I prefer not to go against any really nasty lists. I tend to make fairly balanced lists myself. I do know the rules rather well so I'll generally stick to them (even to my disadvantage). However, I don't mind anyone wanting to play an obscure army list or 'counts as' models in a friendly game since its just a bit of fun in the end, no need to be too strict
Other Interests: I like me metal! I'm listening mainly to Mastadon, 3 Inches of Blood, Primus, Corrosion of Conformity and Clutch at the moment, although I like the good old stuff like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Metallica, Megadeth, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and I'm just starting to have a bit of a listen to the Beatles. I'm pretty good on the Bass Guitar as well. I watch a fair bit of anime, mainly Naruto and the studio Ghibli stuff. I've started learning Japanese so if anyone can speak any we'll have to have a conversation
