I'm new to these parts and will hopefully be sauntering along this Thursday.
After many years away from GW I have returned, to coincide with my graduation and change of location.

Who am I, well... I think I'll stand out amongst the crowd on thursdays.. I have a beard, long scruffy hair and have a tendancy to wearing dark colours.
Other than that, I am Lewis.

GW-wise, I'm starting to collect Imperial Guard.
I'm also a fairly avid roleplayer, with experience with numerous systems, from straight up AD&D through WoD to Mage.
I've recently given up on world of warcraft after nearly 4 and a half years of play.. flirted briefly with Age of Conan, but it just wasn't holding my attention. So I figure some good old fashioned interaction with people outside of a keyboard and mouse might do me some good (although I'm aware of the irony of that statement being made on a forum... cut me some slack here...)

When I'm not procrastinating, I'm usually found working in a theatre or music venue, and I'll be starting work at the Engineshed in a few weeks. I'm a Sound/Lighting Designer by training and trade.. so yeah, geeky with an arty/creative twist..

i play 40k (not yet played under new rules), bloodbowl, lotr (fairly inexperienced), warmachine

looking to start a new 40k army and get away from marines but also a space fleet game like battlefleet gothic or somethign similar

You may enjoy B5: Call to Arms as a fleet game. Or Star Wars battleships.

yeh a few of the people at my current gaming club in leeds play babylon 5 and ive not played it as yet but they have introduced me to space dreadnought 3000 and battlefleet gothic but as yet ive not played a game

Other Notes: Just about to join actually. I played WH a few years ago but work and other dull stuff got in the way. I'm now getting my old army together and changing up a few things before I join, with the new army rules for my Chaos army Ill be losing my screamers and gaining some war hounds.
